Responsibilities
* Processing of incoming and outgoing securities transfers in Avaloq Banking Suite
* Processing of realignments between various custodians and markets
* Control actions/coordination with clients, trade departments and custodians
* Cash and security reconciliation
* Ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and settled in a timely manner
* Compliance with Services Level Agreements (SLA), KRI/KPI and keeping oneself abreast of market/regulatory changes
Qualifications
* Securities Transfer or Settlement experience is a plus, as well as technology and solutions skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Avaloq Banking Suite, Clearstream Vestima, SWIFT, Bloomberg)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively
* A service-oriented team player with a strong motivation to be part of a dynamic team
* Independent and proactive worker with good communication skills
* Fluency in English and German
