The role Own the commercial execution of a nationwide rollout
Act as the single point of accountability for go‑to‑market projects across brands and regions
Translate rollout timelines into commercial priorities and activation plans
Steer pricing, positioning and GTM strategy across premium and value brands
Coordinate and align Marketing, Sales, CVP, Technology, IT and Data teams
Track performance via dashboards (rollout status, conversions, sales impact)
Provide clear updates and recommendations to senior leadership
What we’re looking for 8+ years’ experience in telecoms (or similar industry)
Strong background in go‑to‑market, pricing, customer journeys or commercial programme leadership
Proven ability to orchestrate cross‑functional teams in complex environments
Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution focus
Fluent English and German mandatory! (French a plus)
