The Power Platform and Copilot Studio Customer Advisory Team (Power CAT) is an agile, customer-facing team within the Business & Industry Copilots (BIC) engineering group, helping customers increase adoption of Power Platform & Microsoft Copilot Studio products.
We are looking for a Program Manager II to join our team. This role involves working closely with strategic customers to ensure successful adoption and implementation of our products, helping them solve business challenges and realize value. You will also influence product strategy and roadmap through customer feedback.

Responsibilities
* Serve as the technical expert, increasing customer confidence in product capabilities and driving adoption
* Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, from senior leadership to partners, to facilitate adoption and resolve issues
* Communicate progress, issues, successes, and impact to all stakeholders
* Understand technical challenges faced by customers and recommend solutions, including workarounds, with pros and cons
* Influence product teams to prioritize features by sharing customer feedback and context
* Act as a bridge between engineering and customer teams, managing action items and providing regular updates
* Identify success stories and opportunities within customer organizations to promote adoption and celebrate wins
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related fields, with extensive experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
* Solid customer-facing experience and solution architecture expertise
* Experience with Power Platform technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, governance, security, ALM, and related areas
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or related AI technologies: Power Virtual Agents, Azure AI Bot Service, Nuance Mix, and integrations with Azure AI solutions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
* Strong project management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with ambiguity, self-directed learning, and decision-making with minimal guidance
* Leadership ability to influence results without formal authority
* Team-oriented, with a habit of sharing and scaling knowledge
* Fluency in English, with proficiency in Italian and ideally Spanish
Other Requirements
* Ability to pass Microsoft security background checks and meet security requirements
* Occasional travel (25-50%) expected
