With over $5B of digital assets and a mission to redefine wealth creation, we’re seeking a Vice President of Token Community Sales to drive our community-led token sales strategy.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the VP of Token Community Sales will spearhead Coin Factory’s community-driven token sales initiatives, leveraging network sales strategies to engage global crypto enthusiasts, investors, and advocates. Inspired by network sales models, you’ll build and empower a distributed sales network to promote our tokenized assets and GMAAS offerings, driving exponential revenue growth.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement a global community sales strategy for Coin Factory’s tokenized assets and services.
* Recruit, train, and motivate a network of community sales leaders to promote tokens to retail and institutional investors.
* Develop incentive programs, referral systems, and gamified sales campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create community-focused content and events, such as AMAs, webinars, and token launch campaigns.
* Leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales performance, manage community pipelines, and optimize outreach.
* Ensure compliance with global crypto regulations while scaling community sales efforts.
* Provide strategic insights to the CRO to align community sales with broader revenue objectives.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of sales leadership experience, with 3+ years in network sales, direct selling, or community-driven models (e.g., Oriflame, Amway, or similar).
* Proven success in building and scaling sales networks, with a track record of $5M+ in annual revenue generation.
* Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, tokenization, and blockchain ecosystems; experience in crypto sales or DeFi is a plus.
* Exceptional skills in community building, influencer engagement, and motivational leadership.
* Familiarity with digital tools for community management (e.g., Discord, Telegram, X) and sales tracking.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with a global, distributed team.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or crypto certifications preferred.
