As a Customer and Sales Knowledge Manager, you will play a vital role in strengthening our Global Customer Experience department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the global customer-related knowledge management process, including knowledge generation and distribution. This involves developing a comprehensive global customer onboarding program, identifying weaknesses in the existing knowledge base, and implementing solutions to address these gaps. You will also be responsible for facilitating and managing collaborative knowledge generation across global subsidiaries, headquarters, partners, and other stakeholders in a digital and complex environment.

Your Main Tasks:

* Develop and implement a global customer onboarding program to ensure seamless integration of new customers into our ecosystem.
">
* Identify areas for improvement in our existing knowledge base and develop strategies to address these gaps.
">
* Facilitate collaboration among global subsidiaries, headquarters, partners, and other stakeholders to generate and share knowledge effectively.
">
* Maintain and develop the global knowledge base within a knowledge management software.
">
* Develop target group-specific content to cater to diverse customer needs.
">
* Design and update customer service training plans for internal and external agents.
">
* Provide training and support to various stakeholders on customer service and product-related knowledge.

Your Profile:

">

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

">
">
* Education in Business, Communication, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
">
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
">
* A minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably in the MedTech or diabetes-related industry.
">
* Good understanding of business software, ideally with experience in knowledge management systems.
">
* Strong communication and educational skills with attention to detail.
">
* Effective networking, influencing, and collaboration skills.
