Operations & Customer Experience Manager

* Lead production planning: anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure resource availability.
* Define and monitor operational performance indicators (lead times, costs, service level, stock levels).
* Optimize processes and tools (ERP, automation, digitalization) to strengthen overall supply chain efficiency.
Produce & supply
* Manage purchasing of strategic components (selection, negotiation, lead times, reliability).
* Supervise inventory management for components and finished goods: tracking, analysis, stock counts, and level optimization.
* Coordinate production activities and follow‑up meetings with internal teams (production, sales, logistics).
Deliver
* Ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time, with flawless quality.
* Roll out continuous improvement projects to streamline logistics flows, reduce costs, and improve responsiveness.
* Contribute to building strong logistics and transport partnerships.
Serve the customer
* Deliver outstanding operational customer service: respond quickly, advise, solve problems efficiently and with care.
* Manage customised/special orders (clubs, companies, retail stores) and ensure total customer satisfaction.
* Implement an end‑to‑end service approach, from planning all the way to final delivery.
* Measure supply chain performance using KPIs and propose concrete action plans.
* Identify weaknesses, initiate optimisation projects, and track their implementation.
* Contribute to building the supply chain strategy and supporting its phased rollout.
Your profile
* You are bilingual French – Swiss German (spoken & written).
* You have solid experience (3–5 years) in supply chain, logistics, operations, or customer service, with an interest in continuous improvement projects.
* You are comfortable with digital tools (ERP, Excel/Sheets, CRM) and you like to steer performance using metrics.
* You are autonomous, structured, proactive, and able to move easily from strategic thinking to hands‑on execution.
* You have a strong service mindset and enjoy working cross‑functionally with different teams.
