Your Tasks
* Sales Promotion: Active promotion and sale of tickets as well as exclusive ZVV products.
* Customer Advice: Expert and individual consultation on fares, offers, and timetables.
* Digital Support: Assisting our customers with the use of ticket machines, mobile apps, and online services.
* Financial Administration: Careful execution of daily accounts and meticulous cash management.
* Lost and Found Service: Respectful acceptance and professional forwarding of lost property.
* Customer Service: Empathetic response to customer inquiries to ensure an exceptional service experience.
Your Profile
* Customer Friendliness: You love contact with people and are service-oriented.
* Education: Completed training, preferably in the public transport sector.
* Experience: Professional experience in customer service, especially in public transport, as well as with the sales program Casa would be an advantage.
* Language Skills: Business fluent German, good English. Additional languages are a plus.
* Flexibility: You are willing to work in shifts (Mon – Sat).
* Passion: You are enthusiastic about the possibilities of public transport.
