PWe are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance for our Swiss headquarters. This hands-on role will help drive global finance strategy, improve processes, and ensure effective controls in collaboration with group and local teams. The position also provides guidance on reporting, controlling, and transfer pricing for subsidiaries, while ensuring timely and consistent statutory filings across all entities.br/ /p pJob Description /p bAccounting Financial Reporting /bbr/liOwn general ledger, accounting, and financial close for the Swiss HQ entities /liliEnsure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting /liliPrepare variance analyses and financial commentary /liliEnsure data quality and compliance with group accounting policies. /libStatutory Compliance Audit /bbr/liPrepare statutory financial statements for the Swiss HQ entity under Swiss GAAP FER /liliEnsure compliance with Swiss legal, accounting, and tax requirements /liliOversee statutory filings and compliance for local entities, coordinating with local finance teams and external advisors /liliLead HQ audits and coordinate local entity audit processes /liliAct as primary contact for auditors and advisors at HQ level. /libPlanning Performance Support /bbr/liSupport forecasting and financial planning processes for Global Functions (e.g. HR, RD) /liliMonitor performance against plan and forecast /liliAnalyze deviations and support corrective actions. /libGovernance Internal Controls /bbr/liEnsure effective internal controls and financial governance /liliMaintain and enforce finance policies and procedures /liliIdentify financial and compliance risks and support mitigation actions /liliSupport internal audits and compliance reviews. /libStakeholder Team Collaboration /bbr/liWork closely with the CFO and Habasit Group Management Team /liliProvide functional guidance to local finance teams and entity controllers /liliCollaborate with Tax, Treasury, HR and external consultants /liliSupport global ERP (e.g SAP S4 HANA) implementation and enhancement as Finance Stream Lead. /li pYour Profile /p bQualifications Experienc /bebr/liMin.
