Quality Assurance Expert
Your role involves representing our quality management system to customers and authorities at our site in Zofingen, or at a European site. In this multifaceted position, you will gain an exciting overview of the technical and economic interrelationships in a pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and conducting audits of contract manufacturers, laboratories, and other service providers, including raw material suppliers and other suppliers
* Qualification of suppliers, evaluation of audit results, follow-up and rectification of identified deficiencies
* Responding to customer enquiries such as quality questionnaires, statements and declarations
* Collaboration in the establishment and further development of processes and management systems
* Conducting internal audits at the Zofingen site and close collaboration with the Corporate Audits department
Requirements:
* Completed scientific studies (ideally with a doctorate)
* At least 3 years of professional experience as an auditor in a chemical, pharmaceutical or similar environment
* Comprehensive expertise in the field of quality, especially with regard to ISO and GMP
* Knowledge of cGMP, preferably in the production of active ingredients and/or finished medicinal products is important in this position
* Business fluent in German and English
* Flexible and familiar with working in a matrix organisation
* Willingness to travel occasionally
