 
        
        Project : For our client in the insurance sector, we are seeking support in the area of Digital Workplace. The role includes ensuring operations, providing second- and third-level user support, and contributing to the device lifecycle and operational issues related to Workplace & Printing.
Tasks :
 * Ensuring operations including incident management and group mailboxes
 * 2nd and 3rd level support as well as customer support in the area of Workplace & Printing
 * Participation in IMAC-D processes and the device lifecycle (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)
 * Troubleshooting workplace issues (e.g., BSOD, drivers, firmware)
 * Creation and maintenance of documentation
 * Supporting the engineering team
Requirements :
Must-have :
 * Experience in IT support (2nd/3rd level), preferably in the workplace/end device environment
 * Knowledge of error analysis (drivers, firmware, hardware, Windows BSOD)
 * Experience with IMAC-D processes and lifecycle management
 * Team player with strong communication skills
 * Very good knowledge of German
Nice-to-have:
 * Knowledge of the printing environment
 * Experience with documentation and ticket tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence)
 * Knowledge of English and French
 * Experience in engineering support
Languages :
 * German: C1 or higher (working language)
 * English, French: an advantage
