To grow our Marketing team we are searching for a
Marketing Manager (f / m / d)
who will support the Marketing Director in driving brand image initiatives and ensuring consistent execution across international markets.
Your Responsibilities :
* Implement global brand image initiatives, including identifying and leveraging brand partnerships to drive awareness and desirability
* Oversee the development and execution of the global media strategy, ensuring consistency and maximum impact across markets
* Coordinate seasonal content production with the creative team to deliver conceptually aligned, cohesive storytelling across channels
* Manage national and local print media campaigns in Europe to secure optimal placements, and high-quality execution
* Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
What Makes You a Great Fit :
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
* 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury / fashion industry
* Solid experience in a commercial or retail environment, complemented by additional marketing or business qualifications
* Strong knowledge of brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and creative direction
* Strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills in German and English
* Strong project management abilities, with attention to detail and process optimization
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with high aesthetic standards aligned to brand guidelines
