About The Job
* The role of Brand Activator Intern (focus on our purple brand named Allegra/Telfast/Allevia/Telfastin depending on the country) for Western Europe is suited to consumer-oriented, performance driven, communicative & analytical candidates who are passionate about consumer healthcare and want to be a contributor to drive short and mid-term executional excellence to make Opella become the best Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare company in & for the world. This position will work in a very dynamic & international team: hand to hand with the Western Europe Brand Manager & in close collaboration with the Zone team (other brand managers and brand lead) & colleagues from the local markets key functions: Sales, Shopper, Performance, Innovation, Medical, Regulatory & Supply. The person in this position will support the brand manager with some of the Western Europe markets (Austria & Switzerland).
Main Responsibilities
* Support developing & implementing consumer campaigns:
* Assistance in the development of creativities (TV, Digital etc.) & promotional materials (Project management: retro timing, briefing, rounds of feedback, delivery).
* Supervision (download, changes, reviews, alignment, approval) of promotional materials in local and Health Authorities systems.
* Support on the purchase order of promotional and creative materials and tracking A&P.
* Tracking & Analysis of sales
* Tracking & Analysis of the market, competition, media plans and promotional actions.
* Participation in sales meetings
* Define key messages, create presentations, and be able to present during the meeting.
* Build Transversal and External Relationships
* Shape working relationships with key local stakeholders and agencies developing a strong knowledge of market and business needs and ensuring clarity in communication.
About You
* Experience: Knowledge in FMCG / OTC company is not a must, but highly valued.
* Skills: Proactivity and excellence in the work delivered, result orientation and problem-solving, analytical thinking, project management (be able to organize & follow up projects), the ability to adapt quickly to changing strategies and priorities and to adapt to an international team and be able to have a report line based in other country. Good communication skills as well as a good level of MS Office applications (Excel, PPT essential).
* Education: Business School or Bachelor +MBA is a plus (ideally with focus on marketing).
* Languages: Fluent in English and German.
