On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated and skilled professional to join a growing and dynamic, global ERP application team. The main goal is to work together with the business to solve their business challenges and meet strategic business objectives using Microsoft D365.
Some of the responsibilities include:
1. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft D365 finance modules.
2. Support the delivery of end-to-end implementation for Microsoft D365 F&O. This includes design, configuration, testing, training, cut-over and reporting.
3. Work with our vendors to gather requirements, align on expectations and finalize deliverables.
4. Support the business to comprehend their problems and develop solutions in the Microsoft D365 F&O environment.
5. Take responsibility for optimizing, defining, supporting and implementing business requirements in the area of ERP applications and interfaces to third-party systems.
6. Ensure project objectives and requirements are adequately documented and that all project deliverables are fit for purpose.
7. Support and coordinate developments with external developers.
8. Analyze, design and plan new custom requirements in cooperation with the external developer.
9. Coordinate testing of any new systems including user acceptance testing with end users.
10. Deliver project handover to the support organization to ensure successful transition of projects into business as usual.
11. Manage projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Requirements:
1. Experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is a big plus.
2. Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 certifications.
3. 3 years of professional experience in the IT-side support of ERP systems.
4. In-depth understanding of ERP processes and Microsoft D365 is an advantage. Technical knowledge of systems e.g. understanding of systems architecture, SQL, database structures.
5. Networked process thinking, understanding of correlations and effects as well as developing solutions.
6. Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Confident communication skills in German and very good knowledge of English.
