Your Key Responsibilities

Quality & Compliance: Ensure all systems meet strict safety standards (e.g., ISO, GAMP 5) and Swiss regulatory requirements.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in industrial automation, with at least 2 years in a (project) leadership or supervisory role.
Tech Stack: Deep expertise in platforms such as Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff (TwinCAT), or Rockwell. Knowledge of EPLAN P8 is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in German (C1/C2) is essential for team leadership and local coordination. Professional English is required for international collaboration.
