We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to support a digital transformation mandate starting in June 2026. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption of new workflows, practices, and operating models across teams.
Support teams and management throughout the digital transformation journey
Deliver change management services within the overall transformation mandate
Identify, analyse, and manage resistance to change
Facilitate the adoption of new workflows, processes, and working practices
Support the operational implementation of transformation initiatives across teams
Co-create practical solutions together with teams, rather than applying a purely top-down approach
Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and collaborative formats with key stakeholders
Align new practices with a product- and audience-oriented organisation
Integrate cultural, editorial, and newsroom-specific professional considerations into the change approach
Help prioritise initiatives in line with the North Star vision and available resources
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in relevant roles such as Change Management, Digital Transformation, Organisational Development, or Business Transformation
Proven experience in supporting complex digital transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and adoption management
Experience supporting both teams and senior management through transformation processes
Ability to identify resistance early and address it constructively
Excellent facilitation, moderation, and workshop design skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration
