Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Glacier in Grindelwald. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring food safety standards, and assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and kitchen management.
Qualifications
* Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations in awarded restaurants
* Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
* Strong culinary skills and creativity in dish presentation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cooperate with team members
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Formal culinary training or relevant certification
* Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
