Swissbit's headquarters in Switzerland is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive and accelerate growth in our Memory Solutions portfolio across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to build and expand business in a rapidly growing market, leveraging Swissbit's innovative products and a strong, established sales and technical support team. As a proactive professional, you will be instrumental in developing new business opportunities, fostering strategic relationships, and playing a key role in the company's success
* Identify and manage business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and develop customer strategies
* Account plans, forecasts, and customer reviews
* Build strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations
* Support existing and new customers with technical advice and sales negotiations
* Collaborate with internal teams to align product roadmaps and support customer needs
* Stay informed on market trends and competitive analysis
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
* Proven experience in B2B / NetCom account management, preferably in electronics or security
* Fluent in German and English
* Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility and very strong customer focus
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tool like Salesforce
