This position plays a critical role in transforming data into strategic insights to drive performance, revenue growth, and client success. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple systems and presenting operational recommendations that inform internal decision-making and client strategies. This role acts as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients, helping stakeholders uncover optimization opportunities and maximize program value.
The ideal candidate is equal parts data detective, storyteller, and strategic thinker—comfortable working with messy data, drawing business insights, and presenting findings in a compelling way. The analyst continuously looks for areas of improvement, efficiency, and revenue growth—both for the organization and the clients served.
Job Functions:
1. Review data and performance reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
2. Support teams with meaningful insights that lead to better decisions and improved outcomes
3. Help clients and internal partners understand where they can grow, improve, or become more efficient
4. Turn raw data into easy-to-understand summaries, charts, or presentations
5. Present insights and recommendations to team members or clients in meetings or reports
6. Work with different departments to answer questions and solve business problems using data
7. Keep track of timelines and ensure work is delivered accurately and on time
8. Be proactive in finding ways to create additional value for the company and our clients
9. Support special projects and other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent OR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field OR
2. 3+ years of experience in an analyst, reporting, or business support role
3. 5+ years’ experience in 340B industry
4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
5. Experience working with business data to spot trends, patterns, and opportunities
6. Proficient with tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
7. Comfortable working with large spreadsheets and organizing information
8. Ability to tell a clear story using data and visuals
9. Strong communication skills—able to explain complex ideas simply and clearly
10. Experience working with internal teams or clients to understand business goals
11. Able to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines
12. Curious and always looking for ways to improve outcomes or processes
13. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
14. Working proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g.-MySQL, SQL server, Oracle)
15. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.-Power BI, Tableau)
