Job Description
As a strategic leader in supply chain management, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational buying activities, master data management, and inventory management across our global network.
You will lead a team of operational buyers and ERP/master data specialists, guiding them in developing processes to drive efficiency and growth. Your expertise in supply planning, inventory management, and data analysis will be essential in driving business results.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop proactive strategies that anticipate and mitigate issues and risks. You will also be responsible for managing actions impacting inventory, preparing and presenting inventory reports and projections, and leading the master data organization for our network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
* APICS certification or equivalent
* Extensive experience in a manufacturing site in the pharma industry (GMP controlled)
* Strong background in Supply Chain with proven experience in supply planning, inventory management, and data analysis tools
* Structured and analytical person
* Natural leader with first leadership experience as a plus
* Above-average experience and knowledge with SAP R3
* Proficient in both German and English
