To strengthen our General Department that provides high-level legal and compliance services to our internal units, we are looking for a Senior Legal & Compliance Officer, between 80 and 100%.Responsibilities include:- Autonomously manage compliance and modernize it, particularly regarding monitoring internal directives, tracking regulatory risks, executing associated controls, preparing reports for management, managing and organizing meetings of our compliance committees, and addressing compliance topics (excluding AML);- Coordinate and oversee the internal activities necessary to respond to requests, surveys, and inquiries from supervisory authorities (FINMA, SIX Exchange, etc.), as well as accompany periodic on-site inspections from FINMA and make necessary announcements to ensure ongoing compliance with the plan (e.g., for outsourced essential activities);- Identify and provide legal support to business areas in analyzing legal developments affecting our company and ensure the implementation of necessary measures to maintain compliance over time with regulatory changes (excluding AML), as well as leverage legal expertise for related regulatory projects if applicable;- Plan, develop, and conduct compliance training activities on various topics, in French and German, together with colleagues from the L&C unit and other company functions;- Receive and process, in coordination with the Head of L&C and HR, reports of violations of our Code of Ethics or our internal regulations and alerts regarding unauthorized data transmissions;- Collaborate, among others, with our Risk Office, our internal training entity (Campus), and our Fraud Prevention Service for transversal compliance issues.Profile:- Master's degree in Swiss law, postgraduate in compliance, is a plus;- At least 8 years of professional experience in managing compliance systems (excluding AML) in an insurance company, with a financial intermediary or a Swiss auditing firm, and proven experience in interactions with FINMA;- Essential experience in implementing and managing compliance tools within a company;- Knowledge of private insurance in Switzerland, a significant advantage;- Proficiency in French and excellent command of the German language (min.
