First-Level-Support Application (m/w/d) 80 - 100%
For our team of applications in St. Legier (VD), we are seeking a service-oriented person starting 1 June 2026 or by agreement. The role is at BMS Building Materials Suisse, a wholesaler of construction materials for primary and secondary construction, with specialists including Baubedarf, Richner, Gétaz Miauton and RegusciReco.
Responsibilities
* Ensure proper operation of our applications and provide first/second level support (incidents/changes).
* Receive, classify, analyze and resolve notifications of malfunctions in internal business applications (including ERP).
* Collaborate closely with second and third level support and/or first level IT infrastructure support for issue resolution.
* Participate in migration and deployment projects.
* Train colleagues.
* Own data and user management responsibilities.
* Co-responsible for monitoring applications and interfaces.
* Create, update, maintain and manage documentation, such as user manuals and instructions.
Qualifications
* Completed basic training diploma.
* Experience in first-level support (applications or infrastructure).
* Experience with Microsoft Navision ERP is advantageous.
* Ability to communicate appropriately for the target audience to drive changes.
* Proficiency in German, English, and French; Italian is a particular asset.
* Structured, results-oriented work approach.
* Strong communication skills and teamwork.
* Ability to prioritize even in high-activity periods.
