Responsibilities
* Help customers integrate our solutions across their development pipeline—technical integration with developer IDEs, ALMs, CI chains, SCM, build, test, and existing business applications.
* Drive technical issues to resolution—qualification of customer concerns, in‑depth technical investigation, and customer relationship management.
* Collaborate with Sales and Consultants to improve overall customer experience and ensure our Service offering brings maximum value.
* Work with the rest of the team to listen, challenge, and refine customer feedback to feed product teams and shape product evolutions.
* Have a voice in enhancing the way we work.
Skills You Will Demonstrate
* Software engineering best practices; 3‑5 years of experience supporting, maintaining, and delivering high‑quality software.
* 2+ years experience using or administering a DevOps pipeline: SCM (Git, SVN), IDE (Visual Studio, IntelliJ), CI (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, BitBucket, GitLab).
* Working knowledge of local and cloud‑based deployment platforms and technologies: Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.
* Investigation skills to understand problems and reproduce scenarios.
* Team player, giving and receiving feedback, sharing knowledge.
* Can‑do attitude—challenging status quo, leading and contributing to key improvements and innovations.
* Excellent English, verbal/written communication skills.
