We are seeking an experienced Mixed-Signal Electronics Engineer to lead the design, development, validation, and support of electronic systems across complex industrial domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in analog and digital electronics, hands-on experience with power and embedded systems, and a strong background in multidisciplinary projects in sectors such as aerospace, defense, and automotive.
* Design of analog, digital, and power electronic circuits (DC/DC converters, mixed-signal boards).
* Component selection and BOM (Bill of Materials) management.
* Worst-case analysis and simulation (e.g., LTSpice).
* PCB routing review and coordination with layout teams.
* Development and validation of test benches (manual and automated).
* EMC, thermal, and functional testing (validation and non-regression).
* Creation of technical documentation: specifications, justification files, test procedures, and test reports.
* Mechanical integration and support to manufacturing teams.
* Technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in SAV/maintenance.
* Coordination with subcontractors and internal project stakeholders.
* Participation in the development of systems for critical applications (e.g., BMS for aircraft, nuclear control units).
Required Skills and experience
* Master’s Degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering (Bac+5 or equivalent)
* 10+ years of experience in mixed-signal electronics, with increasing responsibilities
* Hands-on experience in R&D, testing, production support, and technical documentation
* Ability to manage the full lifecycle of an electronic board (design to validation)
* Experience in safety-critical and/or high-reliability environments (aerospace, nuclear, defense)
* Knowledge of RF technologies and signal integrity
* Experience with embedded software or FPGA development
* Experience working in ISO/DO-178/254 or similar regulated environments
* Experience in supplier management and technical coordination
* Previous contributions to the development of modular electronic platforms
* Tools: LTSpice, Orcad, Eagle, Zuken, Altium, Kicad, Matlab, SolidWorks, Mathcad
* Systems: Lithium-ion battery protection, RF boards, relay systems, test automation (ATEC, Genrad), embedded FPGAs (Spartan 7, Lattice), DCDC converters
* Testing Equipment: Oscilloscopes, multimeters, thermal chambers, EMC analyzers
