Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth operation, administration, and optimization of Facility Management applications (CAFM, Access & Visitor Management, RoomZ, POS systems, and more)
* Oversee the lifecycle of SaaS and on-premises applications, from installation to upgrades and patch management
* Monitor application performance, availability, and security; proactively address issues and implement improvements
* Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
* Support integration of applications with other IT systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Building Automation)
* Maintain technical documentation and provide 2nd/3rd level support and training to key users
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Facility Management, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience (must-have)
* 3+ years of experience in application management, ideally with Facility Management or Building Automation systems (must-have)
* Experience with SaaS and on-premises applications (must-have)
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills (must-have)
* Ideally, familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, middleware), basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and knowledge of Facility Management processes
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
