Tech. Team Lead Logistics Manufacturing Upstream
MAIN PURPOSE
* Manage the Logistic Manuf Upstream Product/Team as a direct report to the Product Area Manager (PAM) Logistic.
* Coordinate with onsite team and L3 offshore support team in Manila.
* Design, implement, and continuously improve templates.
* Provide expertise in Logistics within Manufacturing for Richemont's OPS&BF department.
* Support and streamline organization during SAP implementation.
* Facilitate interaction between functional, technical consultants, and business functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Part of OPS&BF management team
o Implement strategic directions from OPS&BF management.
o Develop and maintain a global template with Product Owner, Business Process Owner Logistics, and Richemont brands based on the business model.
o Ensure system, process, and function implementation and maintenance globally.
o Translate strategic objectives into SMART goals for the team.
o Participate in budget planning and review.
* Manage and develop teams in collaboration with the Product Area Manager
o Conduct performance management and propose compensation reviews.
o Develop team members.
o Define roles and responsibilities within the team.
o Establish responsibility matrices including deputies.
o Ensure effective communication within and across teams.
* Manage the Logistic Manuf Upstream Product/Team
o Design and implement global templates focusing on SAP EWM, Tulip, and product compliance.
o Redesign existing processes and define specific requirements.
o Manage project rollouts, provide training, and ensure documentation quality.
PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE JOB
* Education
University degree in IT or engineering. Hands-on experience (4+ years) in Logistic SAP EWM implementations can substitute for formal education, including management of people and projects.
* Areas of competencies
Experience managing teams and SAP EWM.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Credibility as a business contact.
* Specific knowledge
Extended SAP EWM 9.5/S4 knowledge and SAP ECC module integration experience. Knowledge of MES, Kardex, RF Guns, and logistic tools is a plus.
* Professional experience
Minimum 4 years of SAP EWM hands-on experience with full cycle implementations, international exposure.
* Languages
English and French required.
* Required qualities
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive communication, ability to challenge, team-oriented, willing to travel up to 40%, independent work ethic, and good communication skills with peers and superiors.
