Tasks
* Lead strategic and operational marketing activities for Comparis.
* Optimize the marketing channel mix for better performance.
* Collaborate with the newsroom to enhance brand positioning.
What you will do
* Active strategic and operational management of the marketing activities of the Comparis group including brand management
* Optimization of the marketing channel mix
* Implementation of on-platform optimizations along integrated user journeys to continuously increase conversion and cross-selling rates
* Coordination and close collaboration with the Comparis newsroom (branding and content marketing) in the sense of a holistic communication strategy to strengthen brand positioning and maximize marketing performance

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience and expertise in marketing in a digital context, as well as brand management and development of a well-known, established, and successful brand
* Proactive personality with several years of "hands-on" experience
* Proactive approach to challenges with the willingness to take on operational tasks yourself
* Proven track record in independently developing and personally implementing innovative marketing and communication solutions to gain market share
* Excellent leadership qualities, both professionally and personally, with the ability to inspire and develop a team through active role modeling and coaching in a matrix organization
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills and data-driven decision-making behavior
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written (French is an advantage)
