The Strategic Purchasing and Procurement department plays a central role in ensuring a reliable supply of medical materials, equipment, and services.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced person from May or by arrangement.
Purchaser 80%
Your Challenge
* Ensuring demand-oriented material supply (medical consumables and household items)
* Operational purchasing with ERP OPALE (order triggering, inventory monitoring, disposition, invoice processing)
* Evaluation of alternative products in case of delivery bottlenecks
* Processing of supplier returns
* Participation in evaluations, offer comparisons, and procurement of consumables and investments
* Maintenance and modification of article, supplier, and internal master data
* Participation in product changes, organization, and evaluation of article tests
* Optimization of purchasing and logistics processes as well as quality assurance
* Participation in materiovigilance reports (processing of internal quality reports and communication with suppliers)
* Participation in inventory, stock clearance, and purchasing controlling
Your Profile
* Commercial or nursing education with further training in purchasing, e.g., purchasing clerk
* Experience in operational purchasing, as well as knowledge in accounting and healthcare is an advantage
* Good IT user skills (MS Office, ERP)
* Confident and poised, even in critical situations
