We are looking for a motivated and skilled ICT Support with experience within Service Desk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT managers or end users providing high-quality support and acting as a key representative for their needs. You will be mainly responsible for 1st level support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient 1st level support to clients
* Work on different projects and help in developing and maintaining Infrastructure
* Provide application administration and support, ensuring smooth IT operations for end users
Requirements:
* Experience in 1st Level support and previous experience within Service Desk
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, products and M365
* Fluent in both German and English
