We are looking for a dynamic professional with proven multitasking expertise in administration and technical fields, who is pragmatic, promotes improvements, and is adept at communicating and persuading at various levels.
Responsibilities
 * Hold-up and improve the infrastructure by planning and implementing systems, organizing spaces, and proactively reviewing current building equipment.
 * Be in charge of planning, implementing and reviewing facility management guidelines by establishing standards and procedures, and adjusting them as needed, also in coordination with other Breitling sites and facility colleagues.
 * Ensure the proper functioning of production‑related facility installations, and coordinate vendor interventions for necessary repairs in close coordination with the production team.
 * Work closely with the Senior HSE Manager on all relevant health, safety and environment topics.
 * Liaise with external facility management service providers for maintenance and security, to ensure the smooth running of the site.
 * Assure the various department needs are met by coordinating, assigning tasks to your team, and following up closely.
 * Keep the management informed by analyzing specific reports, synthesizing key information, and highlighting short‑ and long‑term trends.
 * Support local and global initiatives in the field of security and vehicle e‑fleet, in alignment with other departments and colleagues.
 * Foster a motivated, collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
 * At least 5 to 8 years of professional experience in facility management, project management, or a similar position.
 * Solid experience in a fast‑paced, international, and corporate environment; prior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
 * Completed vocational training (e.g., Swiss EFZ/CFC) in building services engineering, HVAC, architecture or electrical engineering, or comparable qualification.
 * Bachelor’s degree in facility management or a related field (preferred).
 * Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools and demonstrated project‑management experience.
 * Experience in managing workplace assignments (advantageous).
 * Independent project leadership with good oversight of all phases and excellent stakeholder management.
 * Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in a matrix‑structured environment.
 * Determined, resilient, and assertive personality.
 * Fluency in English, French, and German.
 * Valid Category B driving licence.
