Fachverantwortliche:r Finanzen & Controlling (m/w/d) is a leadership position that requires strategic financial management and effective handling of mandates for other institutions. As a key member of the team, you will create budgets, financial plans, and statements to ensure sound financial decisions. Your responsibilities will also include managing payroll accounting, fee, and insurance affairs, coordinating the secretariat of the property commission, and organizing meetings. Additionally, you will actively participate in optimization and digitization projects, supporting the training of apprentices, and sharing your knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
