Overview
Reporting to the Head of HR in Zurich you will have the following responsibilities and requirements.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles (Assistants, Business-Service Team Members)
* Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and engaging
* Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes with internal stakeholders
* Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding
* Lead onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
* Managing assistant coverage to ensure uninterrupted workflow
Qualifications
* HR Specialist with Federal Diploma (HR Fachausweis)
* 3 years of experience in HR and recruiting
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems (Rexx)
