This innovative organization operates across 67 countries with a community of 160+ users, demonstrating their commitment to protecting patients worldwide through cutting-edge digital solutions for medicine authentication and quality assurance
Your Responsibilities
 * Lead cross-functional collaboration between business communities, communications teams, and key stakeholders to align strategic priorities and drive seamless execution
 * Oversee front-end operations management including compliance tracking, country certifications, and coordination with legal teams for regulatory alignment
 * Drive governance excellence by serving as Secretary to the Steering Committee, preparing impactful stakeholder updates and comprehensive KPI reporting
 * Manage strategic reporting initiatives and prepare high-level presentations for senior leadership, ensuring clear messaging and stakeholder visibility
 * Guide stakeholder engagement strategies with deployment focus, balancing hybrid engagement models to optimize authentication quality and operational efficiency
 * Act as program ambassador internally and externally, promoting digital solutions while supporting collaboration with external partners to enhance program reach
 * Facilitate seamless integration of digital solutions into existing workflows, serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams
Your Profile
 * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
 * 5+ years of proven experience in project management, business analytics, and/or product security within pharmaceutical, IT, or related environments
 * Deep expertise in falsified medicines issues, particularly in global regulatory and operational contexts
 * Strong background in digital solution integration with demonstrated ability to bridge technical and business requirements
 * Exceptional organizational and communication skills with proven ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously
 * Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities with experience engaging internal and external partners at various organizational levels
 * Full English business proficiency required, French language skills are advantageous
