OverviewStrategic Partnerships Development Manager (III) – We are currently partnering with a leading client in Zürich to recruit a talented and experienced Strategic Partnerships Development Manager (III) (m/w/d) to join their growing business development team.In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of key products: Shopping, Payment, and Wallet by collaborating closely with the product team and gathering market feedback. You’ll manage end-to-end tasks with minimal supervision, proactively engage new prospects, and nurture relationships with existing partners. We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for partner management and business development, ideally with prior experience in retail, travel, online business, technical sales, or the e-commerce industry.As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you are a relationship builder that thrives in a fast-paced environment, successfully navigates internal processes, products, and teams, and revels in managing complex and strategically important partnerships for us. You manage and/or deepen relationships with partners, execute agreements, and track impact, enabling our client to be successful. You possess strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, project management, and collaboration.Responsibilities include:Drive end-to-end partner/supplier experience to ensure deal integration which includes negotiating and finalizing contracts, executing on account plans, pitching to partners/suppliers, resolving partner issues and advocating on behalf of partner/supplier.Drive partner strategy, including new partner/supplier and opportunity prospecting. Conduct partner/industry research and collaborate on product strategy.Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders/teams to drive the best partner/supplier outcomes.Drive managing partner engagement and relationship by tracking business metrics and insights, building business forecasts, and ensuring strong brand/reputation management.Mandatory Skills/QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Business, Tech8-12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, preferably in the ecommerce industry, management consulting, or Technology industries.Experience with using Google Apps at workProven track record of success in partner management and new business developmentExperience in opportunity and pipeline managementExperience in negotiating and finalizing contractsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in Project Management and Planning is a strong plusExceptional advocacy skills, including the ability to engage executives and navigate complexityAdditional InformationEmployment type: temporary contractDuration: asap till 31.03.2026Work Location: Zurich - CHHybrid work: Tue–Thu in the office.
