Responsibilities: Setting and production launch on Willemin machines and machining on Alphacam. Monitoring production and adjusting machine parameters. Quality control of parts according to watchmaking standards. Technical suggestions to optimize time and quality. Profile: Confirmed experience in watchmaking or micromechanics. Mastery of setting Willemin and/or Bumotec machines. Skills in Alphacam. Rigor, precision, and autonomy. Ability to work in a demanding environment. Ability to work in 2x8 team shifts.
