We are seeking a driven and dynamic People & Culture Generalist to support our rapidly growing organization. This is a hands-on role to provide support across all People functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in people administration, employee onboarding, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and employee engagement. The role reports to the Chief People & Culture Officer and will be based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Support the talent acquisition process – from initiating job descriptions, posting roles, sourcing and partnering with hiring managers, manage job offers and filing of contracts. Manage the onboarding process and administration of new employees to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition.
* Employee Engagement:
Administering annual engagement surveys, plan and set up of company events in partnership with our Office Managers, manage ad hoc team building events, support employee recognition initiatives.
* Employee relations:
Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns, provide support in addressing conflicts and conducting investigations. Support exit and offboarding process.
* Performance Management:
Supporting managers with performance reviews, training, and development initiatives.
* Communications:
Support People & Culture communication in partnership with the Marketing & Communications Manager.
* Compliance:
Maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with policies and local labor laws, assist with providing reports.
* Compensation & Benefits:
Support monthly payroll administration, ad hoc benefits and salary reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

* 2-5 years of prior experience and exposure to various People functions such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee engagement.
* Proficiency with People information systems for data management and reporting.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
* Can-do attitude and ability to think outside of the box to resolve issues.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes and deliverables, with a proactive approach to improvement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Bachelor's or master's degree in HR management/Business or related field.
* Fluent English (written and verbal).

Desirable

* Demonstrated interest in the energy or renewable energy industry.
* Experience working in a fast-paced or growth environment.
* Strong knowledge of local labor laws.
