As a specialist in training management and e-learning, you ensure smooth operations while contributing to the development of new training formats.Start date: September 1st or by arrangement.Tasks- You organize and support the implementation of classic and online courses, conferences, and events, from planning to follow-up.- You ensure the management and monitoring of participants and the technical administration of the entire training offer.- You advise specialists during course design, particularly on the choice of format and the course flow.- You actively contribute to the development of the training offer, develop new online and hybrid course formats in collaboration with specialists, support the digitalization of content, and accompany their implementation.- You perform analyses, evaluations, and reports regarding the training offer.- You coordinate collaboration with internal partners and service providers.Profile- Commercial, pedagogical, or equivalent education, and a few years of professional experience.- Experience in course management, training, or event management.- Proven experience or advanced training in the field of e-learning or hybrid learning.- Very good communication and organizational skills.- Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.- Keen sense of service and customer orientation.- Very good knowledge of the MS Office environment; experience with training management systems is an asset.- French or German native speaker with excellent knowledge of the other language.Interested?Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.
