Make an Impact We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of EMEA Marketing GTM – Fossil Brand (Maternity Cover) to join our Marketing EMEA team in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, you will lead the regional go-to-market strategy and execution for the Fossil brand, driving brand equity, consumer engagement, and commercial performance across diverse EMEA markets. This is a hybrid position based in our Basel office. You will be required to work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Global Brand Marketing. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will ensure strong alignment between global brand direction and local market execution. You will oversee a fully integrated marketing ecosystem—including PR, Influencer Marketing, Media, and Retail & Wholesale Marketing—while leading and developing a high-performing team. What you will do in this role: Regional Go-To-Market Strategy • Define and lead the EMEA marketing strategy across all channels, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all touchpoints• Translate global brand vision into impactful regional strategies tailored to diverse European markets• Drive integrated go-to-market plans aligned with commercial priorities and business objectives Integrated Marketing Execution • Oversee PR, Influencer Marketing, Media, and Retail & Wholesale Marketing initiatives to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion• Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across channels, delivering a unified brand experience• Continuously optimize marketing activities based on performance insights and market dynamics Performance & Budget Management • Manage and optimize marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and business impact• Track, analyze, and interpret KPIs to inform decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness• Identify opportunities for efficiency and growth across the marketing ecosystem Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration • Partner closely with commercial, product, and global brand teams to ensure alignment and impactful execution• Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery and brand consistency• Act as a key stakeholder in regional and global discussions, influencing decisions and driving alignment Team Leadership & Development • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 (5 direct and 3 indirect reports), fostering a high-performance culture• Encourage collaboration, ownership, and continuous development within the team• Drive clarity, structure, and accountability across all marketing initiatives Who You Are • You bring proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries• You have strong expertise in integrated marketing and understand how channels work together to drive business impact• You demonstrate a strong ability to develop and execute regional strategies across multiple markets• You are highly analytical and comfortable using data and KPIs to drive decisions and measure success• You have experience managing significant marketing budgets with a clear focus on ROI• You are an inspiring leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams• You have strong experience working with external agencies and partners• You excel in stakeholder management and can influence across functions and seniority levels• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, executional mindset• You are fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus What We Offer • A collaborative and international work environment within a global lifestyle brand• Opportunities to shape and influence regional marketing strategy at scale• A dynamic role with high visibility and cross-functional exposure• A culture that values creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
