We're looking for a Sales Executive who shares that drive and sees new business not as a transaction, but as the start of a long-term growth partnership. The Role
You'll be a key part of our sales team, working alongside your manager and the greater management team, collaborating across the agency to bring the right clients on board. You'll own your own pipeline (from first outreach through to signed contract and onboarding handover) and be expected to take full responsibility for how you manage it. This is a fully remote role that suits someone who is structured, proactive, and doesn't need to be chased. What You'll Do
Own and manage your individual pipeline end-to-end: discovery, proposal, follow-up, contract negotiation, and onboarding handover
Proactively identify and pursue mid-to-enterprise prospects, with a strong bias towards outbound (which may include attending industry events and door-to-door outreach)
Collaborate with your manager and internal specialists to develop pitches and proposals that are tailored, credible, and commercially sound
Develop and present tailored proposals and pricing structures
Adapt sales messaging based on client profile, industry, and maturity
Align every pitch to a client's actual revenue and growth targets, not just channel metrics
Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date - clean data, honest forecasting
Represent R17 at industry events and meetings across the EU/EEA
