Job Description
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT/OT infrastructure projects across local, regional, and global scopes
* Plan, execute, and oversee projects in alignment with internal project management standards and governance
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g., Quality Control, Logistics, Engineering) throughout the project lifecycle
* Drive implementation of infrastructure solutions supporting IT/OT separation, security, and centralized access management
* Ensure compliance with IT security, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements in validated environments
* Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, resources, and deliverables
* Identify risks and proactively define and implement mitigation strategies
* Handle changes, delays, and unforeseen challenges while maintaining alignment with stakeholders
* Facilitate clear communication across technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership
* Prepare and present project status reports and lead steering committee meetings
* Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure adherence to project management systems and processes

Requirements
* Extensive experience in IT/OT infrastructure project management (senior level, ~10+ years)
* Strong expertise in IT and OT infrastructure, architecture, and security (e.g., networks, firewalls, servers, data centers)
* Proven experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, biotech, or similar validated environments)
* Solid understanding of compliance frameworks such as GxP and FDA requirements
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects in international environments
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills
* Degree in IT, engineering, or a related field
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
* Structured, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
* Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a clear overview
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Proficiency in standard project and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
