The Facilities Director oversees the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive facilities management strategy that aligns with business objectives.
* Manage budgets, forecasting, and expenditure planning to optimize resource allocation.
* Maintain high standards in health and safety, including fire protection, access control, and surveillance systems.
* Coordinate maintenance programs for buildings, outdoor facilities, and associated equipment.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Support staff in organizing internal events, including calendar management, logistics, and framework setup.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation on buildings and technical installations.
* Carry out risk analysis and quality checks.
* Lead partnerships with external providers and manage procurement processes.
* Optimize space allocation and furniture management.
* Analyze costs and review energy consumption to reduce expenses.
* Oversee large capital projects, including building renovations and refurbishments.
* Lead and develop a team of facility technicians.
