The role is responsible for defining and executing the global marketing strategy across all operating jurisdictions. The Marketing Manager will build and protect the PIPECARE brand, drive market positioning and visibility, and support commercial growth through targeted campaigns, digital channels, and strategic communications. /h3 h3Brand Strategic Positioning /h3 ul liOwn and evolve the PIPECARE brand globally, ensuring consistent application across all jurisdictions, channels, and touchpoints. /li liDefine the group’s marketing strategy in alignment with commercial and growth objectives, and present annual marketing plans to the CEO and senior leadership. /li liPosition PIPECARE as a market leader in pipeline inspection and integrity services, developing targeted messaging for key sectors and geographies. /li liLead the development of compelling value propositions that differentiate PIPECARE’s capabilities and technology in competitive markets. /li /ul h3Digital Content Marketing /h3 ul liLead the group’s digital marketing presence, including the corporate website, SEO strategy, and all digital channels. /li liDevelop and oversee a content marketing programme including thought leadership, technical articles, case studies, and white papers that demonstrate PIPECARE’s expertise. /li liManage social media strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring content is relevant, consistent, and aligned to business objectives. /li liMonitor digital performance metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and lead generation. /li /ul h3Commercial Business Development Support /h3 ul liPartner closely with regional Business Development teams to develop market-specific campaigns, collateral, and client-facing materials that support the sales pipeline. /li liOversee the production and maintenance of all commercial materials including capability statements, presentations, datasheets, proposals, and tender submissions. /li liLead the group’s CRM marketing strategy, ensuring the database is maintained, segmented effectively, and leveraged for targeted outreach. /li liDesign and manage key account and strategic client communications programmes, including seasonal campaigns and relationship‑building initiatives. /li /ul h3Events, PR Communications /h3 ul liDevelop and execute the group’s events strategy, including industry conferences, trade shows, technical seminars, and client entertainment. /li liManage relationships with PR and media agencies, overseeing press activity, media placements, and the group’s external communications calendar. /li liOversee internal communications related to marketing activity, ensuring regional teams and leadership are aligned on brand and campaign initiatives. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for all marketing‑related queries internally and externally. /li /ul h3Governance Reporting /h3 ul liManage the group marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend and clear return on investment reporting to the CEO. /li liProduce regular performance reporting covering campaign outcomes, digital analytics, and brand health metrics. /li liEstablish and enforce brand governance standards across all group entities and third‑party partners. /li liEvaluate, select, and manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills Competencies /h3 h3Essential /h3 ul liProven track record in a senior marketing role, with demonstrated experience developing and executing multi‑channel marketing strategies. /li liStrong commercial acumen with an ability to connect marketing activity to business development and revenue outcomes. /li liExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high‑quality content and present confidently to senior stakeholders. /li liExperience managing digital marketing programmes, including website management, SEO, paid media, and social media. /li liStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities across different time zones and markets. /li liExperience managing agencies, creative partners, and external vendors. /li liProficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite and marketing technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools). /li liDemonstrated ability to operate independently in a complex, fast‑paced international environment. /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul liExperience in the energy, oil and gas, or industrial services sectors. /li liFamiliarity with pipeline inspection, integrity management, or related technical services. /li liExperience in a group or holding company environment with multi‑jurisdictional scope. /li liFluency in additional languages relevant to PIPECARE’s operating regions (Arabic, German, Spanish, or French advantageous). /li /ul h3Experience /h3 h3Essential /h3 ul liMinimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. /li liBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. /li liDemonstrable experience delivering end‑to‑end marketing campaigns in a B2B environment. /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul liPostgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business (MBA or CIM Chartered Marketer advantageous). /li liExperience working across EMEA, Asia, or Americas markets in an international business context. /li liBackground in technical or engineering‑led industries. /li
