IT Auditor – Global Life Sciences
CPL Life Sciences is currently working with a Global organisation in the Biotechnology/Pharma space who is looking to appoint an IT Auditor where you will be apart of the global internal audit function.
As an IT Auditor, you’ll be responsible for supporting the IT section of the global Internal Audit function, with a primary focus on planning, executing, and finalizing internal audit assignments related to IT. You’ll be required to identify risks and weaknesses and provide recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of IT processes and controls.
Your key responsibilities will include executing reviews of IT audit units, consulting and advisory engagements related to IT, and documenting the results formally. You’ll also be responsible for following up regularly and reporting on the status of IT audit recommendations, cooperating with other team members, and assisting the Head of Internal Audit in various IT audit related tasks. Candidates with expertise in Enterprise IT technologies and platforms, scripting languages, SDLC methodology, and audit standards are preferred.
Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related technology field is required, along with demonstrated proficiency in IT operations
· Advanced years of combined experience in IT auditing.
· You should have competent knowledge of Enterprise IT governance and IT risk management, as well as IT control frameworks such as COBIT and
· Travel requirements for this role are approximately 10-20%.
