Your Role
As part of the Global Drug Substance Development department, you will join a team of motivated scientists creating and implementing solutions to support the development and manufacturing of next‑generation biological therapeutics. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic research environment.
Understand the mechanisms of ADC conjugation
Explore relevant regulatory requirements
Benchmark against existing solutions and scientific literature
Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments
Conduct hands‑on experiments and analyze data
Prepare detailed reports with findings and future recommendations
Your Profile
Master's or engineering student in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields
Strong curiosity
Eagerness to learn
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
Highly motivated with a collaborative team spirit
Proficient in English (oral and written); knowledge of French is a plus
