About the Role
We are seeking a Product Quality Engineer to join our team. This role involves coordinating and processing customer complaints, as well as ensuring quality responsibility for innovation and relocation projects.
* Coordinate and process customer complaints in a timely manner.
* Assume quality responsibility for innovation and relocation projects, including breaking down customer requirements into quality plans and monitoring O-plan elements.
* Execute D-FMEA processes and support P-FMEA activities.
* Support change requests and execute internal and external audits.
* Develop and improve quality training programs and further enhance existing processes.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A completed education as a quality specialist or quality manager.
* A Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering or mechanical engineering.
* Experience in MEMS quality management.
* Basic technical education with solid work experience.
* Several years of experience in quality management, customer complaints, and advanced quality planning.
* Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, Ishikawa, 3-legged 5 Why, Fishbone diagram, SPC, etc.
* A systematic, methodical, and solution-oriented approach to work.
* A high degree of independence.
* A willingness to expand knowledge.
* The ability to work in a team.
* Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
* Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
