* Prestigious pharmaceutical company * Temporary assignment for the next 3 years About Our Client Our client, an internationally renowned Pharmaceutical company is recruiting. On its behalf we are now looking for a Supply Chain / Logistics Specialist (Commercial Supply) (m/f/d) available immediately for Zug area, to join an international team for a period of 3 years to start as soon as possible. Depending on the selected candidate's performance and motivation, the possibility of an extension or a permanent take over. Job Description * Responsible for the coordination and movement of commercial products across the entire supply chain. * Acts as a key interface between internal functions and external customers, vendors and logistics partners. * Works closely with Commercial and Planning teams to ensure on-time and in-full supply. * Manages finished goods shipments, replenishments to local 3PLs, shipping deviations as well as sales and inventory reporting for international markets. * Collaborates with key stakeholders including Finished Goods Planning, Quality, Commercial, Finance, S&OP and Packaging Engineering. * Proactively identifies, assesses and communicates supply and shipment risks to management and supports the definition and implementation of corrective actions. * Analyzes cross-functional supply chain and logistics processes and drives sustainable improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. * Actively contributes to and leads supply chain and optimization projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions. * Drives change initiatives within the supply chain using structured change management approaches and leads through influence rather than formal authority. * Ensures agreed service levels are met and maintains continuous product availability in a complex and dynamic environment. The Successful Applicant * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field. * Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in supply chain and/or logistics with broad end-to-end supply chain knowledge. * Experience within Biotech, Pharma, Food or Medical Device environments * Experience working in a regulated and controlled environment. * Strong proficiency in supply chain and manufacturing planning tools. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken. * Solid project management capabilities and experience managing cross-functional initiatives. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead through influence and collaboration. * Proven change management skills combined with a high level of professional maturity and accountability. * Strong analytical mindset and ability to perform in a fast-paced, complex environment. * Proactive, hands-on personality with high attention to detail and a professional demeanor. * Team-oriented with the ability to communicate in a clear, structured and concise manner.
