Your Mission

* Executive Support
o Manage the Managing Director's schedule and priorities
o Manage travel arrangements and meetings for the Managing Director
o Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges to ensure seamless support and operational efficiency
o Prepare and structure communication materials for internal meetings and external stakeholder presentations to support the Managing Director

* Coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects and initiatives
o Act as a key liaison between business units and Managing Directors
o Support cross-functional projects aligned with the company's strategic goals
o Develop innovative concepts aligned with leadership strategies
o Organize and manage internal events to reinforce company culture and team cohesion
o Handle vendor relationships, budgeting, and logistics for internal events
o Collaborate with internal project managers for larger-scale events

* Internal Operations & Office Management
o Assist MCI Switzerland by preparing communication materials for internal meetings
o Organize internal and external meetings
o Ensure the smooth functioning of office services
o Optimize office management processes (SOPs, building maintenance, etc.)

* Strengthen company culture and team engagement
o Serve as the main contact for requests related to the Corporate team
o Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and workplace well-being
o Facilitate communication across business units, divisions, and between MCI and non-MCI companies
o Provide effective support to teams as needed


Your Profile

* Degree in Administration, Business Administration, Executive Assistance, Project Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (including Copilot, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Experience in travel planning, itinerary management, and logistical coordination
* Expertise in internal event organization from planning to execution
* Strong networking abilities and willingness to support colleagues as needed
* Commitment to discretion and handling sensitive information with care
* Flexibility to travel occasionally for business needs
