Your contribution to KPMG
Demonstrate broad business thinking and assess the viability of future tech trends in sectors such as Consumer Goods, Luxury, Manufacturing, Life Science, Health Care, Public Sector, and NGOs.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients, positioning KPMG as the go-to partner by adding tangible value to their business.
Participate in business development by identifying new opportunities, scoping prospective engagements, and driving proposal creation.
Lead end-to-end IT advisory client engagements, demonstrating proficient leadership and ensuring successful delivery.
Develop and strengthen our Tech Transformation practice through your subject matter expertise.
Lead diverse teams of consultants and mentor junior team members.
Support the growth of our international Tech Transformation team by fostering team spirit and collaborating across KPMG Advisory to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and project execution.
What makes you successful
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Technology Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
8+ years of experience managing Tech strategy and transformation projects.
5+ years of experience in a consulting firm
Experience in sectors such as Consumer Goods, Luxury, Manufacturing, Life Science, Health Care, NGOs.
Experience in Business Development and Sales, including proposal creation, and ideally, a network at management or C-level.
Strong project management skills, a client-oriented approach, and the ability to lead complex, sizable engagements.
Subject matter expertise in areas like IT Strategy, Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture, CIO Advisory, Cost Optimization, Sourcing, M&A, etc.
Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel.
