What You Will Do
* End-to-end ownership of the order management process – from the initial offer to invoicing
* Management of the assigned customer portfolio in all logistical and operational matters
* Acting as the central interface between customers, Supply Chain, Sales and internal service teams
* First point of contact for customer complaints, service and after-sales requests
* Active contribution to process improvements in line with LEAN and continuous improvement principles
What You Bring
* Commercial education, ideally in an industrial or technical environment
* Experience in customer-facing roles and an interest in coordination across functions
* Structured, self-driven working style with strong cross-functional thinking
* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
