Dübendorf When: 1 August 2026 or upon availability Your mission: Act as a Simulator Pilot during Air Traffic simulations to provide to our Air Traffic Controllers the most realistic trainings for their training event. Your tasks: Working as a Simulator Pilot in ATC simulations Controlling aircrafts and executing ICAO radiotelephony (RT) ENG/DE Simulating adjacent ATC Centres, including coordination tasks Operating life systems in simulation Occasionally you take over other specific functions (RDP, Trainer and Observer Pilot) What we are looking for: Proficient in executing IFR pilot phraseology (ICAO Level 4\) in English Affinity in operating computers and other technical equipment (e.g. radio, telephone, etc) Real flight experience or flight simulator experience is an asset Flexibility to cope with seasonally fluctuating demand and different daily working assignments/hours Availability 6\-8 days per month from October till End of March; April till September 2\-4 days per month Social \& self awareness: You manage emotions effectively, staying composed under stress and avoiding impulsive reactions Motivation: You foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, acknowledging both the efforts and progress of others What we offer: We offer flexible working options, depending on the role, and a competitive salary with attractive working conditions and numerous fringe benefits.
