Your Responsibilities Using the tools of Lean manufacturing and 6 Sigma (VSM, SMED, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, etc.), the key responsibilities include educating, promoting, and mentoring continuous improvement activities.
The Lean Six Sigma Engineer aims to optimize any process or operation to minimize or eliminate non-value added activities.
Background Education in an Engineering field with 3‑5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (Medical environment and/or metal industry experience is an advantage).
Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma tools such as VSM, A3 problem solving, DMAIC, Statistical Process Control.
Persuasive and assertive communication skills.
Fluent speaking in Italian and English.
Ready to travel within Switzerland.
